In the idyllic Istrian village of Malija above Izola, a new residential project, Malija Dreams, has been built. The façade is ribbed with 15 cm of insulation, and the floors have 8 cm of insulation. The final floor covering in the living areas will be parquet or ceramic tiles. The building has triple-glazed PVC windows, three-point entrance doors, and internal chipboard doors. Water heating is provided by an 80L electric boiler located in the garage. For heating and cooling, each apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning unit, and the bathroom has an additional electric radiator.

Construction is complete, the buildings have an occupancy permit, all infrastructure is in place, and access is simple and well arranged.
