We are mediating the rental of a two-room apartment in a multi-apartment building on Gorenjskega odreda Street in the Planina II neighborhood of Kranj, built in 1976. The apartment was renovated in 2006 and is rented fully furnished. A storage room measuring 2.9 m² is also located in the basement.
The apartment comprises:
Entrance hall with corridor
Bathroom with shower
Living area with kitchen and dining space
Bedroom
Covered terrace
The covered terrace, measuring 9.6 m² and accessible from the living area, allows use even during the winter months. It is additionally connected to an open, fenced terrace measuring 10 m².
The apartment is rented fully furnished:
Kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, oven, cooktop, extractor hood)
Bathroom with shower, equipped with a washing machine
Entrance hall furnished with large wardrobes
Furnished dining area (table and chairs)
Living room furnished with wall-mounted shelves, a TV, and a TV cabinet
Bedroom furnished with a bed frame, desk, chair, and wardrobe
The tenant only needs to provide a mattress and a sofa.
The quiet location, pleasant atmosphere, and renovated, well-maintained apartment provide comfortable living for a couple or an individual. All necessary infrastructure for comfortable living is available nearby (shopping centers, parks; the motorway is 5 km away). Outdoor parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the apartment buildings.
The apartment is rented for a minimum period of one year, with the option to extend. Upon signing the lease agreement, a security deposit equal to two months’ rent and the current monthly rent are payable.
Condition of the landlord for concluding the lease: the tenant assumes payment of part of the cost of preparing the lease agreement, which includes the following services provided by the agent: conducting the handover of the property and preparing the handover report, assistance with transferring subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic documentation, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company; i.e., for the advertised rent, the tenant pays EUR 720 plus 22% VAT.
