We are mediating the rental of a 3.5-room apartment located in a well-kept three-apartment house. The apartments are separated one per floor and are completely independent.

The apartment measures 97 m2 and includes a living room with a kitchen, a large hallway, a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room there is an exit to a larger balcony measuring 15 m2. It is located in a quiet environment, facing west.

Two parking spaces are available, one of which is covered. There is as well a small storage space available as well.

All the necessary infrastructure such as schools, kindergartens, bus stops, shops, swimming pool and beautiful walking paths along the Sava river are in the immediate vicinity.

The lessor’s condition: the lessee pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate business companies, i.e. the tenant pays EUR 1.100 plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent.
