The living room on the first floor contains an equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. The house is a new construction and has exceptional insulation capabilities. Heating and cooling takes place via a heat pump and a recovery system, therefore extremely low living costs are foreseen, which are not included in the monthly rent.
The land covers 450 m2 and is fenced and located in a quiet area. Next to the house, there is also an asphalted yard, a paved terrace and a green area on the land.

The lessor’s condition: the lessee pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate business companies, i.e. the tenant pays EUR 2.200 plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent.
