The lessor’s condition for concluding the transaction: the lessee pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate business companies, i.e. the tenant pays EUR 2,600 plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent.
